What does your Travel Fee include?
The Travel Fee covers planning, organization, and support throughout the experience. Travel expenses are paid separately, according to each traveler's needs and preferences.

- Assistance in finding the best flights based on your departure city.
- A carefully planned, complete itinerary.
- Help finding and booking accommodation within your budget.
- Pre-trip guidance (packing, weather, budget, useful apps, and more).
- A video call before your trip to get to know each other and answer any questions.
- A private WhatsApp group before and during your trip.
- Support and guidance throughout your entire journey.
- Group meetups and activities during the trip.
- Local recommendations to help you make the most of each destination.
- Photos and videos to capture unforgettable memories.
- A discount code for an eSIM.

What's Not Included?

- International flights.
- Accommodation.
- Meals and drinks.
- Local transportation (unless otherwise stated).
- Tours and experiences that require separate booking or payment.
- Travel insurance.
- Personal expenses.

Each traveler is responsible for booking and paying directly for any services not included in the Travel Fee.
If you'd like to join additional tours or experiences during the trip, I'll be happy to help you book them with trusted local operators. These services are optional and paid for separately.

Accommodation
I can help you find and book the accommodation that best fits your budget. I'll recommend safe, well-located places and, whenever possible, accommodation close to the group's meeting point to make activities and meetups more convenient.

You're also free to book any accommodation you prefer.

Travel Fee Conditions

The Travel Fee corresponds to the service of planning, organizing, and accompanying your trip. It includes the preparation before the experience, the coordination of your travel details, and support during your stay at the destination.

Once the planning process has started, the Travel Fee is non-refundable, as this service involves time, dedication, and personalized work to organize your experience.

If you decide not to take the trip, change your plans, or are unable to travel for personal reasons, the Travel Fee will not be refunded. Services booked directly by each traveler (such as flights, accommodation, activities, transportation, or other expenses) will be subject to the cancellation policies of each provider.
